Known Issues:

The cancel order button of our futures close early notifications is currently not functioning. Please manually cancel your order through the Open orders and History section in your dashboard.

This only affects you if you’re trading on futures markets.

The bug is affecting the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ function of our Futures Close Early Notifications:

Sometimes we issue close early notifications for trading signals that we don’t think are looking too good.

When this happens you will see a notification pop-up within the dashboard that looks like this:

The ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button is currently not functioning correctly.

If you click on ‘CANCEL ORDER’ it will only cancel your Buy, Stop Loss, and Take Profits Trade Orders - It WILL NOT close open positions.

If you already bought coins for that trade, they will not be sold automatically when you click ‘CANCEL ORDER’.

What you would need to do:

When you receive a close early notification, click the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button.

Then you will need to manually sell the coins through Binance, the manual trading terminal, or through the Open Orders and History window on the dashboard.

This is a temporary bug. Our Development team is working as we speak to fix the issue. We will send an update once it is fixed.
